This item was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box has never been opened and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in poor condition, as it looks like the box has been exposed to some water. The box side is starting to seperate; please see pictures for details. There is no visible expiration date on this item, but the date code on the box reads: 9J07M3Aa 20191007.
