New, Open Box, Genuine OEM HP CF289A Black Laser Toner Cartridge

This cartridge was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box was received open and we have verified the contents. The inner plastic tub has never been opened, and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in decent condition, but has tape damage and stickers on it.
