New, Open Box Genuine OEM HP Q5950A Black Laser Toner Cartridge

This item was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box was received open and we have verified the contents. The inner bag has never been opened and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in decent condition, but has a large stain on the back. Please see pictures for details. There is no visible expiration date on this item, but the code on the box reads: 4L19S4a 20141219.
