This listing is for a New, Open Box Genuine OEM HP 38A Q1338A High Yield Black Toner LaserJet 4200. This item was received in a surplus shipment and has never been used. The box has never been opened and is still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The box is in decent condition, there appears to have been a sticker on the front of the box that was partially removed leaving a skinned area.  Please see pictures for details. There is no visible expiration date on this item, but the date code on the box is unreadable.
