These items were received in a surplus shipment and have never been used. The boxes have never been opened and are still factory sealed. No seals or packaging were removed. The boxes are in decent condition, please see pictures for details. There are no visible expiration date on these items, but the "Warranty Ends" date reads: AUG 2013.
